The North Tampa Church of Christ is an exciting and vibrant family, growing not only in numbers but also in knowledge and grace.
At North Tampa church of Christ, you will find our teaching and preaching to be bible-based, with an emphasis on practical life application. Our goal is to change lives by teaching what God says to us through His word. You will find our worship spirit-filled and uplifting, the bible classes educational and fun, and our fellowship loving and supportive.
It is our sincerest hope and desire that our members and visitors feel comfortable and completely at ease in the worship service, which contains only those acts of worship authorized in the New Testament Bible, including the singing of Psalms, hymns and spiritual songs (Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16), an offering of public prayer (1 Timothy 2:1-3), the observance of the Lord's supper (Luke 22:15-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26), the taking up of a collection from only those with a cheerful heart to give (1 Corinthians 16:1-2, 2 Corinthians 9:7), and the preaching of God's word (2 Timothy 4:1-2).
The North Tampa church of Christ provides prayerful and financial support for the Mount Dora Children's Home, as well as for the mission work being performed by the Knight Family in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, and other mission work being performed in Honduras and Panama. This congregation is also committed to supporting its own members and community to further advance the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.
